Blake Edward for Understory — 1

We've had this project in the works with Blake Edward for a while now and are excited to finally present the finished product. Blake produced a limited run of 8 pairs of his Style One Pant in his studio in El Cerrito — 4 pairs out of "Pepper" Japanese canvas in black with shadowy grey undertones and 4 pairs out of sturdy "Spinach" cotton canvas. The Style One has an overall full cut and comes in size "A" (roughly a 34" waist) and "B" (roughly a 38" waist.)

We're encouraging people to wear them how we've been wearing the prototypes: sized up and belted down.

Blake used excess pocket bag material to produce matching dice pouches for each pair that can be attached via the accessory loop on the waist. Each pouch will come complete with 3 vintage dice for shooting cee-lo but can also be filled with other small objects — "ceremonial" items or any other collection of little things you'd want to keep track of. 

We expect this "Pepper" pair to produce some neat fading patterns pretty quickly due to the way the black tone was printed over the grey canvas.
