"Sizing-wise, Erin and I both take a 1/2 size up from what we normally wear. I’m a 10.5 in most New Balances and Hokas, and I take an 11 in the Swagtooth, too. Erin, normally a women’s size 9, takes a women’s 9.5 in these."

People who have grabbed the Swagtooth in-store have been pretty evenly split between taking their "true" size and sizing up a half. This model is final sale due to its limited availability — probably a good call to go up (just to be safe) but there's a good chance you'll be okay with your "normal" size as well.
