We partnered with 22by9 on a small number of one-off dopp kits constructed from natural cotton ripstop with hand-painted panels encased in .67oz dyneema. 

We each dug around under porches and in corners of garages to find supplies and ended up with half-spent spray cans, hunks of sidewalk chalk, years-old house paint, and other dregs of old art projects then put them in a pile and proceeded to “cook up some fine work in the stu.” Painted sections of ripstop were covered with the super-light, translucent composite fiber for a sort of “foggy window” effect. The combo also makes for a pretty interesting tactile sensation.

Dopp kits have always been used to keep track of toiletries while traveling but they also work great as a way to store tools, art supplies, or maybe some other grouping of secret items. 

Each bag in the release already has a fun one-off look and the exposed ripstop panels will develop their own personalized lines and marks over time as well.
